How To Use:

1. Wash the cryo sticks and put in the box.
2. Put the box into fridge for a night.
3. Begin by placing cryo sticks in center of forehead, move outwards towards hairline near temples. Repeat 5-6 times.
4. Start in the corner of eyes, apply a little pressure and move out towards your ear. Repeat 5-6 times.
